Currently, PhillyEBM accounts are only available to CHOP trainees and preceptors. To become an author or reviewer for PhillyEBM, you need to create a user account. This form will submit a request for a new account with your username and a valid email address. Once your request for an account is approved by the PhillyEBM web team, you'll be able to login and create/edit or review content. Thanks for your interest in PhillyEBM!
